The TransAmerica Transportation Corridor in Nevada
Where does the proposed route go?
In Nevada, the TransAmerica Corridor [I-66] follows the I-15 corridor until it swings west using the Clark County Road 215, designated as the TransAmerica Corridor [I-66]. The TransAmerica Corridor [I-66] then swings northwest along the I-11 and US 95 corridors, until it bends back southwest from the town of Beatty utilizing Nevada State Route 374 and US 190, designated as the TransAmerica Corridor [I-66]. From there, the TransAmerica Corridor [I-66] exits the state.
Note: In most cases, the TransAmerica Corridor [I-66] upgrades highways or rural expressways that already exist. In Nevada, the TransAmerica Corridor [I-66] shares a common corridor with High Priority Corridor 26 (CANAMEX) and High Priority Corridor 68 (the Washoe County Corridor and the Intermountain West Corridor).
